Couple looks at wedding album for the first time

Jen and Stewart complete their wedding photography journey with me

Uncategorized / No Comment / 9 September 2019

Jen and Stewart have completed their wedding photography journey with me. They booked me in November 2018, when we met in the refectory at Salisbury Cathedral. They liked the albums I showed them and my unobtrusive, documentary approach to the wedding day.

We met for their engagement portrait session at the end of March and were favoured with a gloriously sunny spring afternoon. They took the opportunity to show me Damerham, where they were getting married. I loved the weeping willows next to the stream flowing through the village.

The Fordingbridge-based Hyde Band, of which they are both members, played for their beautiful church wedding. Jen and Stewart were again favoured with beautiful weather. This helped me and my assistant Emma, capture beautiful photos throughout the day, from Jen’s preparations at her parents, all the way through to dancing during the evening.

The day afterwards, I sent them a few sneak peeks for social media and an online album three weeks later. They collected their album from me last week and have now left a touching review on Google. They were a lovely couple to work with, and I wish them every happiness in their future life together.
